1. General Access

1.1 The Van Elvina Platform is provided solely to help you discover, select, purchase, and manage returns/refunds for our Products. Access is granted under a limited, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license.

1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms, modify website layouts, or suspend operations for maintenance at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of updated Terms.

1.3 You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 Buying Products on our Platform requires account registration. Registration is verified via a secure Email/Mobile OTP. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and restricting access to your personal devices.

2.2 You are solely responsible for all activities and orders placed under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. Van Elvina is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

3. Customer Communications

3.1 By verifying your email/number, you consent to receive order updates, transactional notifications, system alerts, and promotional messages (via call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp) from us or our authorized representatives.

3.2 You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or updating your communication preferences.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Visuals

4.1 We aim to provide correct product descriptions, prices, and stock availability on the Platform. However, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy or completeness of such information. Use of the Platform and reliance on its content is at your own risk.

4.2 Visual representations (photos, product charts, diagrams) are for illustration purposes only. We do not guarantee exact color, lace design, or texture matches between the images displayed and the actual Product delivered.

4.3 THIS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VAN ELVINA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY, SAFETY, SECURITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. Intellectual Property

All material on the Platform, including logos, text, designs, vector graphics, code assets, and photos, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Van Elvina. You may not copy, print, modify, distribute, or incorporate any content for commercial gain without our express written consent.

1. Contract of Sale

1.1 Product displays are invitations to make an offer. Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase. An order receipt email does not signify our final acceptance.

1.2 The contract of sale is finalized only when your Product is shipped and a Dispatch/Shipment Confirmation is sent to you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason (e.g. stock errors, pricing inaccuracies, or suspicious activity) prior to dispatch.

1.3 You confirm that Products are purchased for personal, household use and not for resale or commercial trade.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

2.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices in your cart may update to reflect current web listings.

2.2 Shipping fees are applied based on your total order value (₹1 to ₹599: ₹49 shipping; ₹600+: FREE). Applicable fees will be displayed on the checkout page before payment.

3. Returns & Cancellation

Product returns and refunds are processed in accordance with our return guidelines. All returns are subject to standard verification. Refund credits are issued to the original payment source.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van Elvina's total liability for any claim or dispute arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Product under dispute. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses.
